As we partner with Printful for our print-on-demand services, all products are custom-made and produced specifically for you once an order is placed. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for "buyer's remorse."
1. Conditions for Refund or Replacement (What is Covered):
We happily offer a free replacement or full refund in the following circumstances:
- Damaged or Defective Item: The product arrived broken, faulty, or damaged.
- Misprinted Item: The design, size, or placement of the print is significantly incorrect or defective.
- Lost in Transit: Your package was lost by the courier during shipping. (Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date).
Claim Submission Deadline: All claims for damaged, defective, or misprinted items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your product.
2. How to Submit a Claim:
To submit a claim for a covered issue:

- Returns are automatically routed to a Printful facility.
- Items returned due to non-delivery (e.g., wrong address or non-collection) that are not claimed or reshipped within 30 days are typically donated or destroyed by Printful.
5. Your Responsibility (As the Seller):
