At Aim Higth , every product is made-to-order with care. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size, color preference, or buyer’s remorse. Please check our size charts and product descriptions carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [yourstore@email.com]. We’ll work with Printful to replace or refund the item at no additional cost.
Lost Packages
If your order doesn’t arrive within the estimated delivery time, reach out to us. We’ll investigate with the carrier and provide a solution — either a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, your item goes into production and we can no longer make changes.
