1. How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are usually fulfilled within 2–7 business days and then shipped. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 5–12 business days after fulfillment.
2. Where do you ship from?
Our products are fulfilled by Printful, which has fulfillment centers in the U.S., Europe, and other regions. Your order will ship from the location closest to you to ensure faster delivery.
3. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
4. Can I return or exchange an item?
Since each item is made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size or preference reasons. However, if your product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
5. What if my package is lost?
If your order doesn’t arrive within the estimated time frame, please reach out to us. We’ll work with Printful and the carrier to resolve the issue.
6. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package online.
7. What sizes and colors are available?
Product availability depends on the design and item type. Each product page includes a size chart and color options to help you choose the best fit.
8. Do you accept cancellations?
We can only cancel an order within 12 hours of purchase since items go into production quickly. After that, cancellations aren’t possible.
9. Are your products eco-friendly?
Printful uses on-demand production to reduce waste and partners with eco-conscious suppliers wherever possible. Many of our products are printed with water-based, non-toxic inks.
